- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and WellSpace@Work: Mental Health Resources for you and your family.
- Calm: Stress Less. Sleep More. Live Mindfully. Your Bowdoin Calm subscription offers you and up to five family members unlimited access to their app.
- Harvest Tide Organics CSA: Community Supported Agriculture farm shares are delivered to the Human Resources office.
- Computer Loan Program: Interest-free loans to benefits eligible employees who have completed six months of employment and wishing to purchase computer equipment for personal use.
- Digital Access to Current News: The Library provides free digital acces and archival content of several leading newspapers.
- Athetics Facilities & Hours: Includes Buck Fitness Center, swimming pool, and open skate hours.
- Fitness & Wellness Classes: 23 free classes including yoga, pilates, spinning, weight training, meditation, barre, dance cardio, core flow and kickboxing.
- Outing Club - Free Summer gear rentals (including inflatable paddleboards, camping equipment and more).
- First-Time Homebuyers Assistance Program: Limited-time program through February 28, 2028.
