Break Resources for On-Campus Students
During break periods, many offices and facilities have different open hours. Please see links and resources on this page. Additionally, watch your email for events where you can gather with other students on campus during the break.
Campus Safety and Security: Available anytime to all students in an emergency or needing a medical escort.

Health Services: The office is closed for clinical care during break.
- For minor medical issues between 8:00 am-7:00 pm, Mid Coast Walk-In Clinic is open.
- For after hours or more serious medical issues, Mid Coast Hospital Emergency Department is open for for 24-hour care.
- For medical emergencies, Call 911 and speak to rescue services to direct the ambulance to the emergency.
Contact Security at (207) 725-3500 for non-emergency medical care and they can provide a medical escort.
Submit a work order. For immediate facilities concerns, call the Office of Safety and Security at (207) 725-3500.
Athletic facility hours: Can be found on the Athletic Department facilities website.

Concord Coach: Bus service leaving from the visitor center at the Brunswick train station. Daily routes to Boston Logan Airport, Boston South Station, Portland Transportation Center, locations in New Hampshire and Maine. Click Here to View Bus Schedules

Winter Break Information
Programming, Activities, and Campus Updates: Watch your email! You will be included on the break resident email list which will be used for information about programs and important messages from the Office of Safety and Security.
Where to Hang Out on Campus: The following locations will be accessible with your OneCard:
- Ladd
- Smith Union game room – entry by the polar bear statue
- College House living rooms
IT hours: IT Service Desk at Maine Street Station (next to Amtrak station) open December 20-22 and again beginning January 9th, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
