Open Enrollment

Each year, Open Enrollment provides you with the opportunity to review the benefits that will be available to you during the upcoming calendar year. The enrollment period in Workday will take place from Monday, November 7th through Friday, November 18th for benefit elections effective January 1, 2023.

You will find the enrollment in your Workday inbox (top right of the home page) or on the home page "awaiting your action" the morning of November 7th. Click on the 2023 Open Enrollment event to begin and then on "Let's Get Started". The Workday benefit enrollment allows you to enroll using a desktop computer or a mobile device. Each page in the enrollment process contains instructions, links and important information to assist you. Please remember that your Workday username and password must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone in your family or others who may assist you in the Workday enrollment process.

When you are finished enrolling, be sure to click on "Review and Sign" to complete your enrollment by the deadline. If you do not submit your enrollment by 5:00pm on Friday, November 18th your benefit elections will remain the same in calendar year 2023, with the exception of the following:

  • Enrollment in a Medical or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). To participate in calendar year 2023, you must make an active election during Open Enrollment.

  • If you are a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) participant making your own contributions to your Health Savings Account (HSA) in 2022, remember that these contributions will stop automatically with the last pay date in 2022! If you would like to contribute uninterrupted into 2023, you must make an election during Open Enrollment. You can also make an election to contribute to your HSA or change the amount any time in calendar year 2023.

We hope you will find the following enrollment resources and information useful in making your elections. Important Reminder: We urge you to also take time or review your personal information in Workday and make any necessary updates. It's important that your mailing address and contact information is correct and up to date. Please also make sure that you have an emergency contact listed in Workday or that the contact information you have listed is correct. During the enrollment process, please be sure that you have beneficiary information listed and that it is correct for your Basic Life Insurance (including any employee supplemental life insurance you elect) and the Group Travel Accident coverage.
