Our dining staff are committed to excellence and have a passion for creating delicious cuisine. For this reason, we use a variety of fresh local ingredients, including Maine seafood, fresh cut meats from our own meat shop, as well as breads and pastries made daily in our bakery. We also serve Bowdoin-grown produce from our organic gardens at South Street and at 52 Harpswell Street.
