Blue Light Emergency Call Boxes are located throughout the Bowdoin campus and in all elevators. A blue light indicates that there is a yellow emergency call box in that location. The call box is a two-way speaker. Press the large red button and it will automatically connect you to the Safety and Security Communication Center. When you hear the dispatcher through the speaker, try to describe the nature of the emergency so they can inform the officer that is enroute to your location. |
