Managing Performance

The performance review process is one of the most important interactions between supervisors and employees. 

It assists in establishing mutual understandings of the responsibilities and the performance expectations associated with a position. The review process is a time to address concerns and recognize annual achievements as each employee is an integral part of the college’s mission.

Evaluation Cycles

  1. Annual Reviews: April 1 through March 31 OR  September 1 - August 31
  2. 6-month evaluation should be completed within 6 months after the new employee's date of hire. The 6 month evaluation will open for both supervisor and employee 5 months after the employee's date of hire.
