It assists in establishing mutual understandings of the responsibilities and the performance expectations associated with a position. The review process is a time to address concerns and recognize annual achievements as each employee is an integral part of the college’s mission.
- Annual Reviews: April 1 through March 31 OR September 1 - August 31
- 6-month evaluation should be completed within 6 months after the new employee's date of hire. The 6 month evaluation will open for both supervisor and employee 5 months after the employee's date of hire.
