How to Create an Online Account

For students on the Bowdoin Student Health Insurance Plan, initially ID cards can only be obtained digitally. To access your ID card, you can do so by creating an online account or downloading the Sydney Health mobil app either through the App Store or Google Play.

 Not only can you access ID card by creating an account, it also provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to the following at your convenience:

• Check claims status and obtain Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Provide other insurance information, accident details, or Personal Representative Appointment
• View coverage details
• Update personal information
• Search for a preferred provider
• Provide tax information for IRS For 1095-B
