Due to the COVID-19 situation, pleaserequest e-transcripts only when ordering through the National Student Clearinghouse. Our office is not able to process requests for paper transcripts or verifications as we are working remotely, but we are able to fulfill orders for e-transcripts and e-verifications within our normal 3-5 business day turnaround time. That said, if you attended/graduatedbefore 1990, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks of processing time, even for electronic documents.
Students living on campus during the Fall 2020 semester may send documents to our office via mail. Our mailbox is checked once per week, so please plan accordingly. If a document needs immediate attention, even for students on campus, please scan and email it toregistrar@bowdoin.edu.
All other current and former students should scan and email documents toregistrar@bowdoin.edu. This includes requests for apostilles. Please complete the apostille request form and email it, along with a copy of the document needing the apostille, e.g., diploma, to registrar@bowdoin.edu and allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
If our plans change, it will be posted on our website. If you have any questions or an extenuating circumstance, please emailregistrar@bowdoin.edu. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
