Enrollment and Degree Verifications
Bowdoin College uses the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for collecting all requests for degree verifications or certifications of student enrollment during the academic year.
Outside agencies should visit www.studentclearinghouse.org to request a degree verification or certification. Please contact the NSC with questions at service@studentclearinghouse.org
Former students/alums may request a degree verification or transcript using the MyHub secure website. Once on the website select “Create Your Account Now” using your personal credentials such as Google or LinkedIn before selecting Bowdoin College from the drop-down menu, proceed to complete your request. If you encounter issues using this process, please email registrar@bowdoin.edu.
Current students may request an enrollment verification certificate using the MyHub secure website. The certificate can be requested for scholarships, “good student discounts”, study abroad programs or ski pass discounts. If you encounter issues using this process, please email registrar@bowdoin.edu
When emailing registrar@bowdoin.edu:
- Include all relevant details to prevent delays and allow 3-5 business days for processing
- Include any forms/documents that need to be completed and certified by our office.
