Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Bowdoin College uses the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for collecting all requests for degree verifications or certifications of student enrollment during the academic year.

Outside agencies, please visit the Clearinghouse at degreeverify.org or enrollmentverify.org to request a certification and contact the NSC with questions by emailing service@studentclearinghouse.org.

Current students may use Myhub, but current and former students may also request an enrollment or degree verification by emailing registrar@bowdoin.edu.

  • Please include all relevant details to prevent delays and allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Additional forms/documents may be attached to the email requesting the verification.
  • Those who attended/graduated before 1990 should allow 10 business days for processing.

Current students only: you can download and print enrollment, advanced registration, and "good student discount" certificates via Myhub, provided by the National Student Clearinghouse. You can also order your transcript via Myhub.

Go to https://www.myhub.org, select “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT” and then enter “Bowdoin College” to sign in automatically with your Bowdoin credentials.
