Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Due to the COVID-19 situation, please request e-verifications and e-transcripts only when ordering through the National Student Clearinghouse. We are unable to process requests for paper transcripts or paper verifications as we are working remotely currently. If you attended/graduated prior to 1990, please allow 2-3 weeks of processing time when requesting your transcript.

Additionally, we are unable to process any requests sent via US Mail. If you have a document that needs verifying, please email it to registrar@bowdoin.edu.

Federal investigators requiring a transcript should email registrar@bowdoin.edu.

Bowdoin College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for collecting all requests for degree verifications or certifications of student enrollment during the academic year.

If you are an outside agency, please visit the Clearinghouse at degreeverify.org or enrollmentverify.org to request a certification.
