Butter Chicken

Ingredients

For Marinade

½ tsp.  Garlic
½ tsp.  Ginger, pureed
2 tsp.  Plain Yogurt
1 tsp.  Lemon Juice
½ tsp.  Salt
½ tsp.  Garam Marsala 

For Chicken

3 ½ lbs.  Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
12 oz. can  Diced Tomatoes
2 Tbsp.   Spanish Onions, diced
1 tsp.  Butter
¾ tsp.  Garam Marsala
¼ lb.  Chili Peppers
¼ tsp.  Salt
3 Tbsp.  Heavy Cream

Steps

1. Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken.
2. Cook chicken and break into large chunks.
3. In separate pan, sauté butter and onions.
4. Add diced tomatoes, garam marsala, chili peppers, and salt.
5. Reduce until sauce thickens. Add cream and adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Pour sauce over chicken.
