Special Magazine Insert: Bowdoin Summer Research 2005
Summer research at Bowdoin is an increasingly important part of the College's academic program, offering students opportunities for high-level, faculty-mentored research - and giving faculty members time to work on their own research and scholarship. Over 100 students participated in 2005 summer research, in fields as diverse as neuroscience, sociology, chemistry, psychology and robotics, and others. Selby Frame examined many of these programs in a special stand-alone insert that appeared in the print edition of our Fall 2005 magazine, and to which an entire section of Bowdoin's website is devoted. Please visit the Summer Research site to read all about it.
