Digital Media Lab
The digital media lab at Bowdoin measures 2200 square feet and boasts state-of-the-art digital image processing capacity.
It contains 22 Apple Mac Pros equipped with touch-screen Wacom Cintix Pen Displays, Final Cut Pro, Isadora, and Adobe Creative Suite 6. The Digital Media lab also has a number of scanners and large format printers to accommodate the creation of images up to 44" wide. The digital media lab is used by students in many of the Visual Arts classes, from painting to photography to printmaking, and often is the site of department lectures.
