For Producers

If you are a Bowdoin Faculty or Staff member and are hoping to reserve one of our spaces for an event, please fill out the below forms:

AAAF (Account Authorization Approval Form)
Theater and Dance Performance Space Request Form

Our Production Manager, Nicole Boudle, will reach out upon receipt of these forms for more information about your event and availability. Please note that our production staff is not on campus during the summer.

Please note that the Department of Theater and Dance can only reserves space for parties affiliated with Bowdoin. If you are not affiliated with Bowdoin College, you may contact the office of Events and Summer Programs for more information about how to reserve an events space on campus.
