Papa Pollacks Honky Tonk Casserole

Yelid 12 servings


1 lb.  Ground Beef
1 lb.  Velveeta Cheese
1 can  Cream of Mushroom Soup
1  Onion – diced
1 lb.  Elbow Macaroni (cooked & drained)
1 lb can  Diced Tomatoes in Puree
Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Cook ground beef & onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook until well browned.
2. Drain and set aside
3. In separate pan combine soup, cheese, and tomatoes heat to a simmer.
4. In casserole dish combine cooked macaroni, sauce mixture, ground beef and onions.
5. If desired top with buttered breadcrumbs.
6. Bake @ 350F about 15 minutes or until heated through and crumbs are golden.
