2 lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
For Vinaigrette/Marinade
½ cup + 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
¾ cup + 3 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1 ⅛ tsp. Salt
1 ⅛ tsp. Black Pepper
2 ⅔ Tbsp. Sugar

1. Whisk together the vinaigrette/marinade ingredients.2. Marinate the chicken breasts.
