Make an appointment on the BCLT Scheduling app with a peer tutor (writing assistant, q-tutor, or mentor) or with a Baldwin CLT advisor, program director, or faculty member.
View schedules and make an appointment with a:
- Writing Assistant (get help with a paper)
- Q-Tutor (get one-on-one help in certain Math, Science, Stats or Econ courses)
- Academic Peer Mentor (get help with study skills, time management, etc.)

Log in to the calendar first to see who is working, when. If you find yourself on the Writing Center waiting list and are anxious for help, Lisa Flanagan is available to see students. Please contact her directly at lflanag2@bowdoin.edu. She can schedule you from 8:30-5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 10:30-5:00 p.m. Fridays.
Appointments are in H-L Library 112. Or, if you scheduled a virtual appointment, when it's time for your appointment, log back in to where you made your appointment and click on the appointment slot. Click on "START OR JOIN ONLINE CONSULTATION" in the window that opens.
