Dining and Catering

Nationally Ranked Campus Dining

Meals are prepared by Bowdoin College’s award-winning Dining Services, which has received consistent recognition as one of the top food service programs across colleges and universities in the country. Our dining staff takes great care to provide a healthy, sustainable menu during the summer months as well as during the academic year. Groups visiting in the summer have the benefit of enjoying the harvest of Bowdoin's organic gardens, which provide a considerable amount of the fresh vegetables and greens offered as part of the daily menu. All meals feature vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menu options and we can accommodate most food allergies with minimal inconvenience to program participants. Our standard board plans for summer groups feature three meals per day served in our main dining hall.

Catering Services

In addition to standard meals in our dining hall, Bowdoin features a full range of catering options for summer groups.  We would be happy to assist you in developing a menu that will complement your event and budget. For information on pricing for your event please contact the Office of Events and Summer Programs at (207) 725-3433.
