A Bowdoin Reunion (May 30–June 2) is a truly unforgettable experience and this year we welcome friends and alumni from class years ending in four and nine and members of the Old Guard back to campus. We hope you’ll make plans to join us as it promises to be a celebration full of joy, entertainment, connections, memories, and of course Bowdoin dining!

Kate’s mission is to help every student take care of their body, mind, and spirit. Recognizing that most of us are experiencing different stages of life, we have asked Kate to extend that expertise to us! The session goal is to help us learn a few ways that we can take care of our bodies, minds, and spirits too. This will be an interactive session in which we will learn both from Kate and from each other – resulting in your own unique approach to living well. Kate will share lessons from the latest wellness research that go beyond popular wisdom, which we will discuss and build upon from our own varied life experiences. The outcome – have fun learning from and engaging with your classmates in a meaningful way as you ponder the question: What is well-being 45 years out?
