Programming is part of the work for all of our student leadership groups. The resources below should point you towards frequently used sites and information to help facilitate your programming.
As far as possible. To book a space and have facilities set up, you need at least 10 days from your request to the event. When collaborating with a department or group, most will need approximately two weeks from your request to plan the event with you.

You can reserve most things with the links on this page. You do not need prior approval to request dining, a reservation, etc. as long as it fits in your budget and is below $200. You should get approval for anything above $200 or ask the Res Life Office if you have any questions!
Yes! You can buy things online and print a receipt for reimbursement or work with the Office and we can buy things online for you with our Bowdoin cards.

ResLife Staff: the office will notify you half way throguh a semester and as the end of a semester gets closer to let you know how many programs they have recorded for you.
College Houses: The Associate Director will reach out and let you know about your targets.
