Bethany Walsh
Bethany advises students interested technology careers. She also manages CXD programming, including the Sophomore Bootcamp.
Bethany earned her B.A. in psychology and her M.Ed. in counselor education from the University of Maine and has spent the last 13 years helping undergraduate students navigate from college to the world beyond. From developing the Touchstone Project, a suicide prevention program at the University of Maine, to coaching students in a professional development program at MIT, she brings diverse experiences to her current role as Career Advisor at Bowdoin College. Bethany advises students interested in technology careers and oversees the educational curriculum of the Career Exploration and Development office.
Bethany is a Mainer who enjoys video games, gardening, traveling, exploring state parks, and all things creative. She has two spirited children who keep her on her toes, and a husband who encourages frequent culinary adventures.
