Women's Philanthropy Circle

The Women’s Philanthropy Circle (the “Circle”) is Bowdoin’s first giving circle and offers alumnae the opportunity to amplify their influence through leadership gifts to Bowdoin’s Alumni Fund.

Three people, one hold a dog, laughing

The Women’s Philanthropy Circle (“the Circle”) is a groundbreaking opportunity for Bowdoin women to harness their collective philanthropic strength to support the College and play a greater leadership rolein Bowdoin’s progress.

After fifty years of coeducation—and with our first woman president, Safa Zaki, in her second year—now is the moment for Bowdoin alumnae, united in purpose and passion, to directly impact the College and serve as role models for future generations of Bowdoin women.

When you join the Circle, you have the opportunity to engage with alumnae across generations, participate in exclusive events, and witness firsthand the impact of your generosity. Members will celebrate Bowdoin women past, present, and future, learn from each other, and forge connections to last a lifetime. We invite you to join us on this remarkable journey of giving and connection as a founding member.

Your support matters—together we can achieve extraordinary things.
