Jennifer Lilly ’96 has picked up an Emmy award for her editing work on the Netflix TV series Master of None. She was one of five nominees in the category of “Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Comedy Series.” Master of None also earned a second Emmy for best comedy writing.
Master of None, created by Aziz Ansari and Alan Yang, features Ansari in the lead role as a struggling New York-based actor. Lilly won the Emmy for her work on The Thief, an episode shot in black-and-white in honor of the 1948 Italian classic Bicycle Thieves.
