Seminars On Demand

Skill Building Webinars

E-learning courses that can be completed in 15-20 minutes. Each offers a link to an online presentation, brief online quizzes, and a printable certificate of completion. Topics include: appreciating personality differences; effective communication; the art of conflict resolution; cultural diversity in the workplace. Login into the Anthem EAP web site to access the webinars and enter the company code: ‘Bowdoin College’.

Health and Wellness Offerings

There are a number of opportunities, most free of charge, offered throughout the year to support health and wellness. These include on-campus fitness/wellness classes and CPR/AED training, in addition to smoking cessation programs offered locally.
