General Ledger
As of January 1, 2024, our general ledger system of record transitioned to Workday Finance.
Financial Edge was the general ledger system for recording financial transactions for the College through December 31, 2023. All transactions were coded with a project number and account code. Report data from Financial Edge remains available through the Financial Reporting Tool for authorized users.
With Workday Finance, Financial Edge account codes and projects will be discontinued. Account codes will become spend or revenue categories in Workday. Projects will become worktags of Cost Center, Grant, Gift, or Project in Workday. For a listing of these items comparing the old to the new, please visit these pages:
