Facilities Management makes available some office and miscellaneous furnishings for use by Bowdoin faculty and staff in College properties.

We also manage a office supply re-use program.

The off site warehouse stores office/miscellaneous furnishings for re-use by Bowdoin faculty and staff in College owned property.

For College owned office/miscellaneous furnishings at the end of their useful life contact the Work Order Controller at 207.725.3333 to arrange for recycling and/or disposal of the items.

Facilities Management can help with disposing of the item(s) and the requesting department will incur the disposal and/or removal costs.

Office Supplies

Does your department have office supplies that have been sitting unused for years? Are you moving on campus and just have too many supplies you don’t want to move with you? You can donate those items to the office supply shop located at 10 Cleaveland Street.

We accept most office supplies and then offer them for re-use to other departments around campus. As the shop fills up, surplus items will be donated to local non-profits that help provide school supplies to teachers.
