When vacating their assigned space, students are expected to remove all of their personal belongings and all non-College owned furniture. All trash should be removed and the floors should be swept/vacuumed. Cleaning supplies such as trash bags, vacuums and brooms are available from Housekeeping by calling (207) 725-3672.
Rooms that require cleaning or trash removal by Facilities Management will be assessed a $150 minimum per room cleaning fee. Additional charges may be assessed.
The removal of bodily fluids such as urine, feces, vomit and blood will incur an additional fee.
