Ellie O'Dwyer ’27 Summer Analyst at JEGI Leonis

JEGI LEONIS is a pre-eminent M&A advisory firm for the global technology, software, media, and business services industries. JEGI LEONIS advises founders, investors, and global corporations on a range of transactions, including buyside and sellside M&A, recapitalizations, divestitures, and debt advisory solutions.

This summer, I worked as a summer analyst for JEGI, assisting on multiple prospective and live transactions. As a summer analyst, I gained exposure across the deal cycle, from business development and outreach to financial due diligence, market research, and buyer meetings.

My experience this summer has given me the opportunity to hone my technical and professional skills. The PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modeling skills I developed skills have equipped me for success in my internship next summer and in my career beyond Bowdoin. I am excited to continue learning about the technology and media industry and investment banking next summer.
