Loan Rehabilitation
Borrowers may enter a loan rehabilitation agreement to bring a defaulted Perkins or Bowdoin Student Loan to current payment status.
To successfully rehabilitate a loan, borrowers must make nine on-time, consecutive monthly payments.
A loan may be rehabilitated one time.
