Important Workday Project Update

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Workday Steering Committee, I am writing to share two important updates regarding the Workday Finance project.

After completing an assessment of the Workday Finance project to date, with an independent 3rd party, we have decided to move to a new implementation partner, Collaborative Solutions. Additionally, we are changing the launch date for the Workday Finance system to January 1, 2024.

We understand these are two significant changes and appreciate your patience as we fully engage with our new partner to move the project forward. Our teams are working hard to ensure the project is completed with the high-quality standards we expect at the College. We are confident that the additional time will allow us to deliver a better experience for our entire campus community.
