Workday Finance Change Network

Bowdoin has partnered with our implementation partner, Alchemy, to develop a change management plan for the next installation of our Workday Finance initiative. The change management plan will identify how to help stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt the new Workday functionality.

To facilitate customer readiness, we have identified change agents, known collectively as a Change Network, that will share information and collect feedback from the constituent groups they represent across the college. The objective of the Change Network is to ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time while the implementation progresses and after Workday's deployment.

Members of the Change Network will meet regularly, receive advance previews of new Workday functionality, and have an opportunity to participate in project testing phases. Their first meeting will be held at the end of September and the Network will meet monthly.

The Change Network is one component of the change management approach that will help ensure the Bowdoin community receives training, education, and other resources to help accelerate widespread adoption of Workday Financials.
