Viewing Usernames and Resetting Multi-Factor Authentication
Students can view usernames and reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Friends and Family members they've granted third-party access to in order to assist them with login issues they may encounter.

Resetting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (student must request for third party)
If third party users are no longer able to use their MFA setup, the student must request a reset on the third party's behalf.
