Policy: All employees and student employees are required to enroll in direct deposit when completing Workday onboarding. The onboarding step is known as setting up Payment Elections.
Direct deposit provides a safe and convenient way to deposit funds into up to six separate savings and/or checking accounts at any bank or credit union, in any city or state.
Updates to direct deposit/payment election information are submitted in Workday via your Pay worklet. Changes are effective immediately but please keep in mind that payroll processing is finalized by four days prior to payday.
