Overview:
- I was an intern in the Sports Technology Accelerator, located in Indianapolis
- Assigned to work with two startups in the accelerator
- Fit! (Connected fitness) and Scrimmage (web3 sports betting)
Major projects:
- Fit!
- Analysis of paid influencers’ content performance
- Assisted CEO with pitch deck
- Created a “Return on Ad Spent” data tracker to analyze effective of ads
- Scrimmage
- Conducted market research on the competitive landscape of sports betting
Personal and Professional Growth
- Hearing weekly “Founder Stories” taught me about startup strategy and what qualities make a successful founder
- The work culture at Techstars solidified my goal of pursuing venture capital. I was shocked at how much value I could add, even as an intern
- Learned the power of approaching real-world problems in creative ways
