Project Connect at Bowdoin

Project Connect helps you to make connections and build community with people that you might easily have missed out on. Studies show that the most powerful, protective approach to mental health & well-being is strong, positive connections. Project Connect is a 4-week program that meets 1x a week within a small group of 5-6 students and is led by a trained peer facilitator.  Each week you’ll get to know each other through fun conversation prompts and activities finishing with a reunion activity later in the semester to touch back in (i.e.- go out for Gelato, share a meal together, etc.).

Interested in becoming a Project Connect Facilitator?  Look out for the brief training at the beginning of each semester or email: Kate Nicholson (knichols@bowdoin.edu)
