By Alumni Relations

Over 40 Philadelphia area Polar Bears gathered at the Brandywine River Museum of Art for a guided tour of Winslow Homer and the Camera: Photography and the Art of Painting. Frank Goodyear, co-director of the Bowdoin College Museum of Art, and Dana Byrd, Bowdoin College assistant professor of art history led the tour. Following the tour, the group enjoyed food and drink at a reception in the Brandywine’s Millstone Café.

The exhibit debuted at the Bowdoin College Museum of Art on June 23, 2018 then traveled to the Brandywine in November.

Antonio Watson ’12,  a member of the Alumni Council, assisted with organizing the event.
