Doing More of What You Love

May 14, 2024

What environments and roles bring you satisfaction at work and in life? Do you like to engage one-on-one with others, or be a part of setting policies? Do you enjoy routines or prefer variability in your day?

Using a visual mapping tool, we will reflect on themes and patterns that make roles fulfilling for you. We will then engage in an exercise in small groups to surface ideas with a focus on incremental strategies to do more of what you love.

You'll leave the session with a greater appreciation for what resonates with you, and ideas to seek more of it.
