I proudly graduated from Haverford College as a first-gen student and went on to earn a Masters in Health Arts & Sciences from Goddard College with a concentration in Embodiment Studies. 

Background
I have taught yoga for 20 years and, while certified to teach, consider myself a student first of mindfulness and insight meditation as well. I also consider travel and life, in general, a remarkable classroom having lived on four continents and willing to have an interesting conversation with almost anyone.

Another source of education for me are plants and the natural world making Maine a pretty great place to live and keep learning!  I have two daughters, walk an especially large dog daily, keep a messy garden, and dare myself into the arts often.
