Cole Crawford
Associate Director of Employer Relations
As CXD’s lead for employer relations, Cole develops and manages partnerships with employers to source purposeful career growth opportunities for students. He engages employers’ Bowdoin alumni and recruiting teams to understand their hiring objectives and develop strategies to connect them with students. He joined CXD’s Employer Relations team in January 2021.
Cole is a 2020 graduate of Bowdoin, where he was a campus tour guide and four-year member of the rowing team. After his junior year, he received a grant through the CXD Funded Internship Program to work on a team of archaeologists excavating a Roman legionary base in Israel. Cole lives in Portland with his wife, Isabel, and their dog, Woody.
