I am interested in how we learn the meaning of words, how we communicate as social agents, and how search unfolds within our mental lexicon. Research in the lexicon lab uses a combination of traditional and gamified experiments, computational modeling, and psychological theory to study memory, language, reasoning, and complex cognition.
Students interested in participating in research should explore the lexicon lab website and follow the directions on the get involved page.
