The use of the Office of the Ombuds is entirely voluntary.
Please, no drop-ins!
Appointments are offered via Zoom, Teams, telephone, or in person at 38 College Street or may be arranged for other locations on or off campus.
The office is using Calendly as a secure, time-saving method of scheduling appointments with the ombuds. Please do not include detailed descriptions of your concerns via this reservation.

The ombuds does not provide emergency services. If you have a situation that requires immediate attention, please contact Safety and Security.
Office Location: 38 College Street
The Office of the Ombuds is currently located on the first floor of 38 College Street (next to the Roux Center and close to Sills Drive). There are three entrances:
- Main, central, north entrance on College Street: exterior steps
- Ramp on south side of building: near Roux parking, no steps
- East side entrance: a few exterior steps; closest entrance to the office
Once at 38 College, please don’t hesitate to ask at any office with its door open for help finding your way, and please remember that all the staff housed there are well-practiced in confidentiality.
