Senior director for digital innovation Sherri Braxton has been honored with 1EdTech’s Higher Education Leadership Award.

1EdTech, a nonprofit member organization committed to advancing technology that can affordably scale and improve educational participation and attainment, praised Braxton’s leadership and contributions in the higher education space as “outstanding and essential to the moving the community forward.”
Award winners were recognized at 1EdTech's Learning Impact Conference, held June 15, 2022, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Braxton arrived at Bowdoin in 2021 as IT’s first senior director for digital innovation and works closely with IT’s senior leadership team and with Dean for Academic Affairs Jennifer Scanlon.
