Bay Area Polar Bears gathered for a day of service at Tandem: Partners in Early Education. Bowdoin volunteers helped assemble StoryBlocks which are wooden blocks depicting educational characters and letters. The blocks are used to reinforce storytelling and literacy skills through creative play in the classroom. This event was generously hosted by Kate Emerson ’10 and Luke Mondello ’10.
