Federal Equipment Management

Once approved and purchased, equipment items with a unit value of $5,000 or more must be physically tagged and entered into the federal inventory upon arrival at the College.  As a requirement of federal guidance, equipment must be physically inventoried at least every two years.

If at any time equipment changes location or use, the Controller’s Office must be notified. Please reach out to Laura Pilgrim if there is a request to transfer, sell or dispose of a federal equipment item.
