Serving the Common Good with the Greater Boston Food Bank

Twenty members of the Polar Bear Community volunteered at the Greater Boston Food Bank. The group helped sort 7,795 lbs of food, which makes 6,171 meals possible!

The Greater Boston Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization in New England and among the largest food banks in the country. Last year, they distributed more than 54 million pounds of food, enough to provide healthy meals to over 500,000 people.
