Quinner on the Road

Twenty-five alumni, students, faculty, and staff came together for pizza and conversation over "Quinner" (queer + dinner) on Thursday, November 1st at Rising Tide Brewing Company in Portland, ME. Quinner is a weekly tradition celebrated at Bowdoin's Sexuality, Women, and Gender Center for students who are "out, coming out, figuring it out, or just want to hang out." Over shared pizza from Otto's, guests enjoyed small groups of conversation and were led by Kate Stern in a discussion about finding queer—and safe—spaces at Bowdoin and beyond.
