On Saturday, November 3, over twenty D.C. area alumni attended an outdoor adventure seminar at the L.L. Bean store in Rockville. The group learned about local adventure destinations from Bean’s outdoor experts. Following the seminar, the group enjoyed conversations while cooking s’mores on a camp stove and weaving survival bracelets. The enthusiastic Polar Bears hope to organize a group adventure next year.
