Commencement Events for Alumni 

Saturday, May 23 Main Quad, Bowdoin College

Hat and Commemorative Pin Distribution
Visual Arts Center

Celebrate Commencement with fellow alumni on campus! Join us near the outside terrace of the Visual Arts Center to kick off the morning with coffee, doughnuts, and alumni hat and commemorative pin distribution (first come, first served). If you have hats or pins from past years, we encourage you to bring them along!

9:05 a.m. 
Parade Lineup and Commencement Processional
Visual Arts Center

Alumni will line up for the Commencement Processional, led by Alumni Marshal Jeffrey McCallum '76. Seating in front of the Bowdoin College Museum of Art will be reserved for marching alumni who wish to have a seat for the ceremony. Otherwise, alumni will be able to march through the seating area to sit or stand on the grass. The alumni parade will be canceled in case of extreme weather.
