David Masengesho

Systems and Data Analyst

David joined Bowdoin in September 2018. As a Data Analyst Trainee, he supports many aspects of the work in the IRA&C office, including collecting, extracting, combining and analyzing data. Prior to joining Bowdoin, David interned at the Center for Outcomes and Research Evaluation at the Maine Medical Center Research Institute. He has taught introductory statistics as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Maine. David worked for two years as a statistician for Rwanda’s National Institute of Statistics monitoring economic development, poverty reduction strategy, and millennium development goals. David earned his undergraduate degree in Applied Statistics from the National University of Rwanda and his master’s degree in statistics from the University of Southern Maine.
