One-on-One with President Rose in Portland Press Herald's "Like a Boss" Series

President Clayton Rose was the featured guest in the Portland Press Herald's live Q&A series, "Like a Boss."

Lisa DeSisto, CEO of MaineToday media and publisher of the Portland Press Herald and its sister publications around the state, conducted the interview over Zoom, during which President Rose talked about everything from the return to campus this fall and COVID-19 testing, to his work in the area of racial equity and his path to Bowdoin.

“One is to give us the tools to live a more meaningful life, to understand the world better, to understand the people in the world better, and to be able to learn throughout your life. The second is to have success and satisfaction in work. And the third is to be able to engage effectively in the civic life of our towns, our cities, our country.”
