COVID-19 End-of-Semester Updates
Mike Ranen reminds students that COVID-19 is still very much present on campus and across Maine, and encourages all to wear masks and take other precautions to limit the spread of the virus. Students are asked to leave campus as soon as they can following final exams. Guidance and words of thanks in this message sent May 13.

Updates to COVID-19 Testing Protocol
Changes to the College’s testing protocol around PCR and antigen testing and requirements for participation in Senior Week and Commencement were detailed in a message sent to students and employees Tuesday.

COVID-19 End of Semester Updates (Ranen)—May 12, 2022
Mike Ranen provided information about the increase in positive COVID-19 cases in Maine and on campus, and encouraged students to wear masks when they can, especially indoors, to take precautions to limit the spread of COVID-19 while they are still on campus, and to leave campus as soon as they can based on their final exam schedule. Mike also thanked students for all they have done this year to help keep the Bowdoin community. safe.

Mike Ranen shared information about PCR testing and Antigen testing through the end of the semester for students, faculty, and staff and required testing for students participating in Senior Week and Commencement.

Mike Ranen provided information about adjustments to masking and testing requirements.
